Job Description:
• Manage end-to-end visa applications, renewals, and cancellations for travellers and verify documents, guide applicants on visa requirements, and ensure timely submission to UAE immigration authorities.
• Maintain comprehensive records for all visa applications, track status updates, generate reports, and ensure accurate documentation for internal audits and regulatory compliance.
• Liaise effectively with customers and government authorities, and external service providers; provide updates, resolve queries, and ensure a seamless visa experience for all stakeholders.
• Track visa expiry dates, follow up on pending approvals, enforce UAE labor and immigration regulations, and proactively communicate deadlines and requirements to both staff and travellers.
