Travel Agent – BKM travel and tourism

We are seeking an experienced Travel Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Amadeus GDS. The candidate must be fully capable of handling flight bookings and ticketing independently and be ready to start immediately with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Create, modify, and manage flight bookings using Amadeus
• Issue, reissue, refund, and cancel air tickets
• Handle PNRs, queues, and schedule changes
• Provide accurate fare quotations and routing options
• Ensure compliance with airline rules and fare conditions
• Support customers with booking-related inquiries

Requirements:

• Proven practical experience with Amadeus (mandatory)
• Solid knowledge of airline ticketing and fare rules
• Previous experience in a travel agency
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Good attention to detail and time management
• English required (Arabic is a plus)
