Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed Food Manufacturing Company in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Trainee Process Operator to manage the automatic whole chicken bagging machine. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meat and poultry production, with hands-on experience in equipment operation and a strong commitment to food safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Operate the automatic whole chicken bagging machine and support complex production line tasks.
– Understand and follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
– Read and interpret technical manuals for complex equipment.
– Perform routine machine checks and preventive maintenance tasks.
– Assemble equipment and prepare materials before production begins.
– Monitor machine performance and adjust parameters as needed.
– Participate in troubleshooting and assist with minor maintenance tasks.
– Report any safety, food safety, or quality concerns immediately.
– Support the production schedule and assist the supervisor in achieving targets.
– Fill out control charts for performance tracking and productivity systems.
– Manage material ordering and usage.
– Prevent product loss and minimize waste generation.
– Reduce scrap and rework through process optimization.
Requirements- Minimum 7 years of production experience in the Meat & Poultry Processing Industry.
– Minimum 5 years as an Operator/Technician in multinational companies
– Diploma or High School qualification.
– Proficient in English (verbal and written).
