Test Lead for SAP Retail and Payment Systems – VDart

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test strategies, and test cases aligned with the project’s scope and objectives along with SI leads.
• Create Detailed Test plan, including resource requirements, test schedule and test data
• Lead a team of test engineers, providing guidance, mentorship and ensuring effective collaboration
• Oversee the execution of test plans, ensuring thorough coverage of functionalities
• Monitor and analyse test results, identify and address issues promptly
• Lead defect triage sessions and ensure the defects are fixed within SLA
• Establish and maintain robust regression testing framework
• Collaborate with the project stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and technical teams, to understand the project scope, testing requirements, and objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end testing process, including system testing, integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing in SAP other 3rd party systems.
• Coordinate with the project team to set up test environments, data, and configurations required for testing activities.
• Manage and lead the testing team, including test analysts and testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the Each testing phases.
• Collaborating with functional team leads and executing the test cases in SAP environment and 3rd party integration .
• To Drive continuous QA improvement for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain test evidence and track execution status for assigned cases to respective SI lead streams..
