Tender Secretary – Al Ryum Contracting

The Tender Secretary is responsible for providing administrative support to the tender department in order to ensure smooth operations. The role requires good organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the preparation and submission of tender documents
  2. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the tender team
  3. Maintain and update the tender database and filing system
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence related to tenders
  5. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant documents

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
  2. Proficient in MS Office applications
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Strong organizational and time management abilities
  5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
