What You’ll Do:
– Dive deep into the talent pool to find and engage with top-notch candidates
– Use social media, job boards, and other platforms to source potential hires
– Screen resumes and applications to match candidates with the perfect roles
– Collaborate with our recruitment team to understand client needs and expectations
– Maintain and update our candidate database with accurate and relevant information
– Provide a stellar candidate experience from the first contact to onboarding
What We’re Looking For:
– A people person with strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Someone tech-savvy who’s comfortable using various recruitment tools and platforms
– A proactive problem-solver with a can-do attitude
– Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
– A team player who can also work independently and manage their time effectively
– Previous experience in recruitment or sourcing is a plus but not a must – we’re happy to train the right candidate
