Sr. Planning Engineer – Al Shirawi Group

• Develop, update, and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6) / MS Project.
• Prepare baseline programs in line with contract requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and subcontractors for progress updates.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
• Analyze delays, prepare Extension of Time (EOT) claims, and support dispute resolution.
• Monitor resource allocation (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure optimal utilization.
• Track key milestones, critical paths, and provide early warning alerts on potential risks.
• Support tendering teams by preparing project schedules, manpower histograms, and methodology programs.
• Ensure compliance with client and consultant reporting requirements.
• Assist in cash flow forecasting and monitoring project cost vs. budget.
