Job Description

 Install solar panels, inverters, and other solar equipment on residential, commercial, and industrial sites.

 Ensure all installations comply with local codes and standards.

 Perform routine maintenance on solar power systems to ensure optimal performance.

 Diagnose and repair solar energy system issues, including electrical and mechanical components.

 Replace damaged or malfunctioning components as needed.

 Conduct quality checks and system tests to ensure installations meet performance standards.

 Maintain accurate records of installations, inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

 Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other technicians to complete projects efficiently.

 Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest solar technology and installation practices.

 Support team members and share knowledge to promote continuous improvement.
