We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative, proactive and detail-oriented Social Media Manager to join our growing brand in the beauty & wellness space.

You will be responsible for building and managing our online presence, creating engaging content, and developing a strong, consistent brand voice across social platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow our social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Create content ideas, captions, and storytelling aligned with the brand identity
• Plan and schedule posts (content calendar)
• Monitor engagement, reply to comments and messages
• Analyze performance and suggest improvements
• Stay up to date with trends, formats, and platform updates
• Collaborate with the founder and creative team

Profile We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager
• Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok
• Excellent writing skills in English (French is a plus)
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and branding
• Organized, autonomous, and reliable
• Comfortable working with a growing brand / startup environment
