One of our esteemed clients in the eCommerce space in the Middle East is seeking young, creative, and energetic marketing professionals to join their dynamic team. They are looking for a Social Media Manager to drive engagement, build a vibrant community, and elevate their brand presence across multiple platforms. This role is based in Dubai.
Role and Responsibility
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals, product launches, and marketing campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
- Content Creation & Planning: Design, curate, and schedule captivating content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Work with creative teams to deliver impactful visuals, videos, and copy.
- Community Management: Engage with the audience by actively managing comments, messages, and inquiries to build a loyal and positive brand community.
- Platform & Campaign Management: Oversee the performance of all social media channels, tailoring content to each platform’s audience and managing impactful campaigns, including product launches and seasonal promotions.
- Influencer Collaboration: Identify and work with influencers, brand ambassadors, and partners to enhance reach and drive authentic engagement.
- User-Generated Content (UGC) Strategy: Inspire and curate UGC to boost brand credibility. Lead campaigns encouraging followers to create and share content, amplifying authenticity.
- Analytics & Reporting: Measure performance metrics using tools like Sprout Social or Hootsuite to refine strategies and ensure optimal engagement.
- Trend Engagement: Stay ahead of social media trends, creating branded challenges and producing engaging short-form videos for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
Must Have
- Location: This role is based in Dubai, and candidates from all locations are welcome to apply.
- Experience: 3–5 years in social media management, with a strong preference for candidates from quick commerce, eCommerce, or consumer-facing industries.
Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies dynamically based on performance data and audience feedback.
