About the Client:
An international food & beverage company handling various well known restaurant brands.
Job Role:
- Ensure exceptional dining experience by serving food and beverages according to established recipe and presentation
- Set up tables, polish glasses, fold napkins, replenish condiments, and taking orders from the guests
- Monitor food distribution and ensure orders are delivered to the correct recipients and that guidelines such as those for special diets are followed
- Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Presenting menus, helping the guests select food and beverages through recommendations and handle guests’ concerns professionally
- Upsell restaurant food and beverages including promotions
