Reload Logistics group owns 450 Trucks which requires certain level of controls on a daily / weekly / monthly basis. We are looking for a structured and detail orientated candidate with leadership experience to improve report consistencies and usage to improve transport efficiencies.
Reporting and Operations:
- Prepare certain key reports for the group on daily basis
- Drive the various reporting for the group on daily basis – ensuring that any anomalies are addressed by the persons in charge and ensure anomalies are resolved at all times
- Report the anomalies on a daily basis to the Senior management team
- Provide clean data for senior management approval
- Provide solutions and improvements regarding anomalies in collaboration with the senior management team
- Support the local business in Southern Africa when needed
Finance
- Use the Daily / weekly / Monthly KPIs prepared to review the performance
- Support the group controller on analysis of numbers understand any variance with Budget or prior month for each of the KPIs
- Ensure the basis for KPIs is correct
- Provide meaningful comments and inputs on variances.
