<b>Senior Service Engineer</b> for a leading engineering equipment company. The role involves
<b>managing service operations, generating inquiries, and upselling maintenance solutions </b>for pumps, swimming pool media, light filters, and related systems.
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
– Develop and execute a
<b> service strategy </b>to enhance client engagement.
– Manage
<b>AMC contracts, retrofit projects, and equipment replacements.</b>
– Provide
<b>technical consultation</b> on pump systems and maintenance.
– Conduct
<b>site visits, identify service needs, and recommend solutions.</b>
– Ensure
<b>service quality, QHSE compliance, and timely execution.</b>
– Coordinate with clients, prepare technical proposals, and oversee invoicing.
Requirements-
<b> Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.</b>
–
<b> 5-8 years’ experience</b> in pump maintenance & service.
– Strong
<b>technical expertise in pump systems & troubleshooting</b>.
– Network with
<b>consultants, contractors, and facility managers.</b>
– Valid
<b> UAE driving license</b> & proficiency in
<b>MS Office</b>.
– Strong
<b>communication</b> &
<b>problem-solving skills.</b>
