Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading interior fit-out contractor that delivers comprehensive turnkey solutions across Commercial, Hospitality, Leisure, Retail, and Residential sectors. We are looking for a driven Senior Sales Executive (Native Arabic Speaker) to help grow the business by identifying and engaging with new clients.
<b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
– Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social platforms, qualifying leads based on specific criteria.
– Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects, using CRM tools to track and nurture leads.
– Effectively communicate the value of the services to prospective clients.
– Schedule meetings and product demos between leads and the sales team.
– Collaborate with account executives to ensure a smooth hand-off leads and provide insights on client needs.
– Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and meeting targets.
– Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to position the services better.
Requirements- 2-5 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B environment, though B2C experience is also welcome.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in CRM and sales tools.
– Self-motivated, goal-driven, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team.
– We value a positive attitude and results over formal education.
– Native Arabic Speaker.
