Job Description:
§ Conduct cost estimates, quantity take-offs, and cost planning for design projects
§ Ensure variations are identified from the ongoing projects and submitted for approvals
§ Review of contract documents/ LOI/LOA/Subcontract agreement
§ Manage project budgets and monitoring costs throughout the project lifecycle
§ Send variation notification to client for any possible variations arising from drawings, RFI, SI
