Senior Information Security Consultant – Sindstrom Tek

Sindstrøm Tek is seeking an experienced Senior Information Security Consultant to support the deployment and ongoing security of a key node within our next-generation global Content Delivery Network (CDN) in UAE.

Working in an advisory capacity alongside our international engineering and infrastructure teams, the consultant will help ensure the Middle East node and supporting infrastructure is designed, deployed and operated in accordance with robust security principles and industry best practices. The role will provide specialist guidance across network and infrastructure security, zero-trust architecture, threat and vulnerability management, access controls, security monitoring, incident response and regulatory considerations relevant to operating critical digital infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will bring information security experience within telecommunications, ISP, cloud, data centre or large-scale network environments, together with a strong understanding of encryption and cryptography. Experience securing distributed or edge infrastructure, CDN environments, BGP/routing infrastructure, DDoS mitigation, or automated/GitOps-based network deployments would be particularly valuable.

This is an opportunity to contribute specialist expertise to an ambitious international infrastructure project while working with a small, lean core team supported by technical experts, advisors and contractors around the world.

This is a part-time/remote role with flexible work hours.

Compensation: AED 10,000–15,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
