Senior Document Controller – Black & Grey HR

Black & Grey HR is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading developer in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Senior Document Controller who will be responsible for overseeing the document management and ensuring accuracy & compliance.

– Manage and control all documents within the Design Sector.
– Ensure accurate and complete flow of documents in and out of the sector.
– Register incoming and outgoing documents, maintaining a central repository.
– Organize and categorize documents for easy retrieval.
– Implement and maintain document control procedures compliant with company standards and regulations.
– Collaborate with team members for proper documentation flow and timely approvals.
– Assist in preparing and distributing documents such as technical drawings, specifications, reports, and correspondence.
– Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to document control processes.
– Provide document-related support to the Design team.
– Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all documents and information.

Requirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Document Controller or similar role, preferably in real estate or construction.
– Strong understanding of document control procedures and best practices.
– Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with keen attention to detail.
– Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office applications.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
– Knowledge of design processes and terminology is an advantage.
– Certification in records management or a related field is desirable.
