Senior Accountant – Silver Shore

Job Summary

We are looking for a detailed-oriented and experienced Full-Cycle Accountant to manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end closing procedures. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the entire accounting process, ensuring accuracy, financial compliance, and providing timely financial reports for management decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• General Ledger & Reporting: Manage the general ledger, process journal entries, and perform monthlyand annual closings.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Oversee the full AP/AR cycle, including invoice processing, payment runs, and client follow-ups sometimes.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, advance to customer accounts and accrued expense account.
• Financial Statements: Prepare accurate financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements,
• Cashflow forecasts: Prepare and manage cashflow forecasts
• Audit Support: Coordinateexternal audits by providing required documentation and schedules..

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance.
• Experience: 5–10 years of professional experience handling full-cycle accounting.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle).
• Attributes: High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA).
