Job Description:
Prepare, validate, and submit monthly VAT reports and returns for all group companies across GCC countries, ensuring compliance with VAT regulations.
Ensure strict adherence to VAT laws and regulations across all group companies to maintain compliance.
Identify VAT risks, develop remediation plans, and oversee their implementation to mitigate risks effectively.
Monitor changes in VAT legislations, assess their impact on the company, and provide strategic plans and solutions.
Handle corporate tax registrations with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) for all UAE entities within the group.
