We are currently seeking a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Secretary, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our organization. You will be responsible for managing and organizing all administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the reception area and greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
- Maintain and update files, documents, and records.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
