Job Description:
The Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving training programs for the sales force to enhance productivity, product knowledge, and overall sales performance. The role focuses on developing high-performing advisors aligned with the company’s life insurance and investment solutions.
What you will do
Training & Development
- Design and deliver training programs for new and existing sales teams (advisors, bancassurance teams).
- Conduct onboarding training covering life insurance concepts, products, compliance, and sales processes.
- Develop advanced modules on financial planning, investment-linked products, and customer advisory.
- Train teams on life insurance products, savings plans, protection plans, and investment solutions.
- Equip sales teams with effective selling techniques, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Conduct regular refresher sessions and workshops to improve performance.
Bancassurance & Partner Training
- Support training initiatives for bank partners
- Customize training content based on partner bank requirements and customer segments.
Content Development
- Develop training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and assessments.
- Ensure all training content is aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements
Monitoring & Evaluation
- Track training effectiveness through assessments, KPIs, and sales performance metrics.
- Maintain training records and reports for management review.
- Continuously improve training programs based on feedback and business needs.
