Sales Representative – Novo Ison

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team at ISON. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our premium range of hair products to salons, spas, and beauty professionals. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities and build a client base in the beauty and wellness sector.
  • Present, promote, and sell our hair products to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  • Provide product knowledge and training to clients as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or haircare industry.
  • Strong understanding of beauty and wellness trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
