Sales Manager – Ophellia Ghee and vegetabel Oil trading LLC

Responsibilities

[ Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

[ Mentoring and coaching team members to improve sales skills

[ lead a sales team by providing guidance, training, and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, and creating sales plans.

[ Identify new potential customers and contact them.

[ Plan and prioritize personal sales activities towards achieving agreed business aims, defined selling standards, arranged goals and specific market development strategy. 

[ Inform customers about the company’s products and respond to all relevant issues and requests in a professional manner.

[ Follow up with customers for new and repeat orders

[ Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

[ Keep an accurate record of all customer visits, contacts, purchase orders, files, images etc and the updated records to be shared at the end of each working day

[ Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, provide relevant information, ideas or feedback and assist team where necessary.

[ Manage the deliveries and proper placement of products in the supermarkets

[ Achieve the minimum Revenue / Profit targets defined and mutually agreed.

[ Any other duties as assigned by the company.
