We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Hardware & Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the hardware market, enabling them to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hardware and building materials sector.
