We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in the Hardware & Building Materials industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and a deep understanding of the hardware market, enabling them to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  2. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet or exceed their sales goals.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hardware and building materials sector.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer base.
  5. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  6. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  7. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
