Job Responsibilities for Sales Executives – High-End Table Reservations (Fine Dining, Restaurants, Nightclubs, Lounges, Bars)

 

1.Platform Demonstration & Client Prospecting

·     Identify and target potential clients (restaurants, nightclubs, lounges, and bars) suitable for high-end table reservation services.

·     Schedule meetings with venue owners, managers, or decision-makers to introduce the platform.

·     Provide an in-depth demonstration of the platform’s features, benefits, and value proposition to clients.

·     Explain how the platform optimizes table bookings, increases revenue, and enhances guest experience.

2.Client Engagement & Needs Assessment

·     Understand the client’s business model, target audience, and existing booking processes.

·     Identify pain points in the client’s current booking system and position the platform as the ideal solution.

·     Tailor the sales pitch based on the venue’s unique needs and clientele.

3.Contract Negotiation & Closing

·     Handle client objections and negotiate terms that align with the company’s goals while accommodating client needs.

·     Ensure clients fully understand the pricing, terms, and conditions of the service.

·     Finalize agreements and ensure all documentation is accurately completed and signed.

4.Orientation & Onboarding

·     Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.

·     Provide initial training to venue staff on how to use the platform effectively for table reservations.

·     Ensure clients are comfortable with platform navigation, booking management, and reporting features.

5.Ongoing Client Support

·     Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the initial onboarding phase.

·     Address client concerns promptly and ensure any technical issues are escalated to the appropriate team.

·     Provide best practices and continuous training to maximize the client’s use of the platform.

6.Relationship Management & Upselling

·     Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure continued use of the platform.

·     Identify opportunities to upsell additional services (e.g., premium listings, marketing support, VIP features).

·     Gather client feedback to improve platform functionality and user experience.  

7.Reporting & Performance Tracking

·     Track and report on sales performance metrics, including the number of demonstrations, conversions, and onboarding completions.

·     Ensure all client interactions and progress are documented in the CRM system.

·     Regularly update management on sales pipeline and key client updates.

8.Market Research & Competitor Analysis

·     Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and changes in the nightlife and fine dining landscape.

·     Provide insights to improve the platform’s features based on client feedback and market demands.

9.Compliance & Brand Representation

·     Ensure that all sales activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.

·     Represent the company professionally, maintaining the brand’s image as a premium service provider in the nightlife and fine dining space.

10.Collaboration with Internal Teams

·     Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

·     Provide feedback to the product team on feature requests and improvements based on client needs.
