Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at IRS Group UAE in Dubai South, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, approaching potential clients, be in charge of all customer communications and requests, negotiating sales agreements, and developing and maintaining customer relationships in the Heavy Machinery and spare parts industry.

Job Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand market presence.

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining relationships with existing clients.

– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

– Collaborate closely with procurement and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

– Prepare and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and analytics to senior management.

– Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company products and services.

– Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.

– Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the heavy machinery equipment market.
