Al Barakah Holding is looking for confident and driven Female Sales Executives, with real estate experience, to join to our growing team. Al Barakah is based in Abu Dhabi; the individual will be responsible for: Approach potential customers/clients with the goal of offering our service as per assigned quota or exceeding expectations, getting them to sign a contract, maintaining good relationships and managing the full sales process from initial contact with a customer, through to closing the sale.
Key Responsibilities of the role include:
- Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with customers/clients to generate sales.
- Demonstrates the Company’s Leasing Accommodation Property portfolio as well the facilities to potential customers/clients.
- Networks, prospects and generates sales leads.
- Develops clear and effective written proposals for customers/clients and negotiates terms of agreement.
- Expedites the resolution of any customer/clients problems and complaints and provides after sales support.
- Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions.
- Meet /Exceed Sales Quota as per agreement.
