Sales Executive – Al Barakah Holding

Al Barakah Holding is looking for confident and driven Female Sales Executives, with real estate experience, to join to our growing team. Al Barakah is based in Abu Dhabi; the individual will be responsible for: Approach potential customers/clients with the goal of offering our service as per assigned quota or exceeding expectations, getting them to sign a contract, maintaining good relationships and managing the full sales process from initial contact with a customer, through to closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Establishes, develops, and maintains business relationships with customers/clients to generate sales.
  • Demonstrates the Company’s Leasing Accommodation Property portfolio as well the facilities to potential customers/clients.
  • Networks, prospects and generates sales leads.
  • Develops clear and effective written proposals for customers/clients and negotiates terms of agreement.
  • Expedites the resolution of any customer/clients problems and complaints and provides after sales support.
  • Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the property market, including market intelligence, competitor information, current trends, and market conditions.
  • Meet /Exceed Sales Quota as per agreement.
