- Achieve budgeted sales turnover, gross profit (GP), and DSO targets on a monthly and annual basis.
- Strengthen key revenue account relationships and build long-term partnerships.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target sectors.
- Assist the UAE Distribution Sales Manager in strategic planning and execution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial terms, and operational guidelines.
- Provide first-level support for customer grievances (damages, complaints, incorrect deliveries).
- Maintain an accurate business forecast with at least a 3-month backlog of confirmed projects.
- Track, follow up, and update leads from industry events, exhibitions, and workshops.
- Manage partner accounts for relationship and project coordination.
- Offer technical support and product solutions to ensure seamless project execution.
- Implement and align with business processes, revenue models, and sales channels.
- Promote a diverse range of products and sales channels to optimize revenue streams.
