Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Coordinator. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in an international sales environment and grow within a dynamic organization.
Responsibilities:
– Assist in following up on day-to-day sales orders and collections.
– Maintain meticulous records of sales transactions and customer communications.
– Collaborate closely with the support teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer inquiries or issues.
– Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
– Coordinate with the finance department to track and reconcile sales payments.
– Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.
– Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.
– Participate in International Trade Shows/Exhibitions and assist in maximizing sales leads.
– Make sales calls to discuss sales opportunities, including blind calls.
