- Manipulate and work on gallery website and stock software.
Product Knowledge
- Acquiring extensive knowledge about the products available in the gallery to familiarize oneself with product to effectively assist customers and provide information.
- Research, catalogue and write products descriptions about artists, periods techniques…
- Open to learning of pieces, historical periods, and art styles to enhance knowledge.
Customer Service
- Good social & communication skills
- Engaging with customers, answering inquiries, engaging in conversation and assisting them in finding suitable pieces
Exhibitions & Events
- Coordinate installation of small exhibitions & shows.
- Contributing to the presentation of pieces by arranging and organizing displays to attract customers.
Sales
- Processing sales transactions, handling payments, issuing receipts and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Inventory Management
- Assisting in managing inventory and tracking stock levels.
Maintaining Cleanliness & Handling
Keeping the gallery neat and tidy, ensuring that the pieces are well-maintained and displayed attractively.
Safely handle and move glass artworks. Ensuring protection from damage and assistant in transportation of piece.
