- Ensure smooth execution of all front-of-house and back-of-house functions, from opening to closing.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service, maintain team morale, and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Ensure a superior dining experience by addressing customer concerns, managing reservations, and maintaining service standards.
- Monitor budgets, control operational costs, and manage inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
