Quest is looking for a brilliant Resourcing Executive to join our team in Dubai! You will be an integral part of the company by providing invaluable support to our recruitment team in candidate name gathering, candidate management, and database searching among others.
As Resourcing Executive, you will:
· Source and select candidates from Job Boards and LinkedIn
· CV Bank searching and candidate database building
· Network and advertise jobs to potential candidates
· Analyze, interpret, and fully understand the job opening/position requirements
· Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
· Deal with candidates’ general queries
