– Acts as Engineers Representative.
– Coordinates with the Department and Contractor.
– Liaises with other Authorities.
– Advises on contractual and construction matters.
– Liaises with Department and approve Contractors submissions.
– Coordinates forward planning.
– Implements the terms and conditions of Contract.
– Supervises, reviews, monitors and reports on progress.
– Liaises with all parties for site safety.
– Convenes and chair regular site meetings.
– Issues additional drawings etc. as required.
– Provides technical leadership to his team.
– Coordinates and monitors activities of his team.
– Ensures prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals.
– Ensures accuracy and completeness of records according to ISO 9001.
– Maintains awareness of contracts financial status.
– Gives final approval to Works and arrange Handover.
