• Preparing information for tourists regarding the costs of the trip, transportation, and accommodation, and informing them of all the tourist information they need.
• Full knowledge of the procedures and mechanism for obtaining visas and residency within the United Arab Emirates.
• Managing relationships with targeted local commercial institutions.
• Booking trips for customers, whether by land, sea or air, and organizing the payment mechanism by coming to the office and paying directly, or by booking by phone and paying by credit card or any other method.
• Recording customers’ personal data and phone numbers on the computer, and informing them of the flight time, meeting place, and all other information.
• Managing budgets and maintaining financial and statistical records.
• Managing and coordinating advertising campaigns and marketing offers for the tourism services provided by the company, preparing their budgets, managing them, and following them on social media platforms.
• Sending messages about the company’s tourism offers to regular customers.
• Answering customers’ phone calls, following up on their reservations, whether for travel or hotels, and providing them with the information they want to know.
• Organizing trips and offers for tourist and archaeological attractions.
• Making promotional offers and planning trip programs based on customer needs, by developing thoughtful trip programs for families, students, or even foreigners.
• Providing and presenting the appropriate tourist guide for participants in tourism programs.
• Facilitating hotel reservations for tourist groups.
• Conducting research on the tourism and travel market and coordinating with all tourist places, entertainment resorts, restaurants and cafes that tourists visit during the tourism program.
