Relationships Officer - POS/Merchant Acquiring - TASC Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire SME merchants to onboard POS and card payment solutions.
Promote and sell merchant acquiring products, including POS terminals and digital payment solutions.
Conduct field visits to retail outlets, restaurants, and businesses to generate new leads.
Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding process, including documentation and compliance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with SME clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Monitor merchant transaction activity and support activation of POS terminals.
Achieve monthly sales targets and merchant acquisition goals.
Coordinate with internal teams for POS installation, technical support, and issue resolution.
Provide merchants with training and guidance on using POS systems and payment services.
