Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of UAE-based recruitment experience in the construction industry, with hands-on expertise in using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and Bayt. You will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring efficient hiring of talent to support our projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• Conduct preliminary phone screenings to verify candidate qualifications and basic information.
• Coordinate and communicate regularly with Hiring Managers to align on candidate selection and interview schedules.
• Arrange interviews and manage the interview schedules.
• Assist in issuing offer letters and employment contracts post-interview.
• Provide support for onboarding processes as needed.
• Complete other HR-related tasks assigned by the HR manager.
