Responsibilities
- Prospect potential Clients through various sales channels including personal networking, Daily Cold Calling and personal referrals.
- Assist clients in evaluating properties and tackle their needs by conducting client surveys
- Creating the need for non-potential leads through various sales channels
- Efficiently guide clients through the whole process of buying, selling or renting their properties including presenting potential offers and giving the most accurate information possible on the market
- Stay up to date with daily and monthly market trends based on the project working on
- Provide exceptional customer service and after sale service to the clients
- Close deals efficiently managing to tackle all client needs
