We are a luxury real estate agency based in Dubai, and we are looking to hire motivated and determined professionals to join our growing team as real estate agent.
What we offer?
- A basic salary of AED 5,000.
- 50% commission (Average 30k-50k Dirhams)
- Company visa and RERA card.
- Induction, on – site and off – site real estate trainings, along with arranging briefings with major developers.
50 Real Estate Leads provided per month.
- We own a property portfolio of AED 700 million and counting, to help our agents finalize deals
- Develop a competitive market price by comparing properties;
- Compile and draft all required documents, including contracts, leases, acknowledgments, and other legal forms.
- Engage in intermediate-level negotiations throughout lease processes, advising clients on market conditions, pricing, legal obligations, and other related matters to ensure ethical and equitable interactions.
- Analyze clients’ financial situation and determine their needs in order to offer appropriate solutions.
