Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced real estate agent with a commission-based salary structure, specializing in off-plan properties. The ideal candidate should also be fluent in English. As a real estate agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling off-plan properties, while earning a commission based on successful transactions. The ability to effectively communicate in English is crucial for interacting with clients and negotiating deals. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of the real estate market, particularly in the off-plan sector, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying and selling off-plan properties.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on available off-plan properties to potential buyers.
- Guide clients through the entire process of purchasing or selling an off-plan property, including property viewings, negotiations, and contract signing.
- Build and maintain a strong network of potential buyers and sellers in the off-plan property market.
- Stay updated on the latest market trends, property values, and legal requirements related to off-plan properties.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for clients, including price, payment plans, and contract terms.
- Coordinate with developers, lawyers, and other professionals involved in the off-plan property transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand professional contacts and knowledge within the off-plan property market.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to promote off-plan properties and attract potential buyers.
Preferred Candidate:
- Prior experience as a real estate agent with a focus on off-plan properties.
- Proven track record of successfully closing off-plan property transactions.
- Excellent knowledge of the off-plan property market, including current market trends and upcoming projects.
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and online property listing platforms.
- Professional and presentable appearance.
