We are seeking experienced and results-driven Property Consultants with proven expertise in Secondary (Resale) and/or Off-Plan markets in Dubai. This opportunity is strictly for professionals who understand the market, generate business independently, and consistently close transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialise in Secondary and/or Off-Plan properties
- Source and secure resale listings within your designated area
- Generate and manage off-plan client pipelines
- Conduct professional client consultations and property viewings
- Negotiate and close transactions efficiently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, investors, developers, and buyers
- Stay updated on market trends, pricing, launches, and competitor activity
- Work closely with your Team Leader to exceed monthly targets
- Ensure full compliance with RERA regulations and company standards
