- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and resource allocation planning.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
- Approve and manage subcontractor and vendor invoices etc.
