Project Manager – CHINA TIESIJU CIVIL ENGINEERING GROUP CO LTD – RAK Branch
This project includes a 60,000 m³/day ISTP (expandable to 150,000 m³/day), SC6 pump station, 6.7 km gravity sewer, 11 km rising mains, and 25.4 km TSE network, targeting commercial operation on 30 March 2029. We are recruiting experienced management personnel, preferably with wastewater treatment and pipeline construction experience.
Job description：
• Take overall responsibility for the planning, execution, and closeout of the wastewater treatment plant and associated pipe network project.
• Ensure the project is completed on time and within budget, in compliance with contractual technical specifications and environmental requirements.
• Serve as the primary external point of contact for the project, coordinating with the client, supervision consultant, subcontractors, and local water authority.
• Manage project risks, variation orders (VOs), extension of time (EOT) claims, and overall delivery.
• Monitor project cash flow and milestone payments, and mitigate payment delay risks.
