Project Manager

Responsible for overseeing and managing the fit-out projects from start to finish. And will

be accountable for planning, budgeting, and coordinating the completion of projects on

time, within scope and within budget.

 Experience in managing High-end projects in Joinery and Fit-out for commercial,

Residential, Educational, Healthcare, Restaurant, Retail stores, etc.

 Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, budgets, submittals

and other reports.

 Quality Control: conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve any issues, and

ensure quality of the work done is as per standard.

 Review project plans, drawings, and specifications, providing technical expertise and

recommending improvements based on UAE guidelines.

 Expert knowledge of Joinery, Interior fit-out work regulations, insulation, finishes &

flooring works and quality standards,

 Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.

 Monitor project costs, prepare accurate estimates, and track expenses to ensure projects are

delivered within budget.

 Foster strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing timely

updates on project status.

 Liaise with clients for project progress reviews, variations, slippages, payments and

resolution of issues.
