Project Control Manager – NBTC Group

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement project control procedures and processes
2. Manage and oversee the project schedule, ensuring that all activities are completed on time
3. Monitor and analyze project costs, ensuring that the project stays within budget
4. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are addressed proactively
5. Ensure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards
6. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project progress and performance
7. Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
8. Manage a team of project control professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in project control

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 15+ years of experience in project control, and primarily in the Oil and Gas industry
2. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering
3. Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
6. Strong leadership and team management skills
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
8. Proficient in project management software and tools
9. PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
