Candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee daily production operations
- To manage shift production for all product lines with available resources and meeting the quality standards
- Ensure that production meets health, sanitation and quality standards
- Create weekly plan for production and organizing workmen to achieve target output of the shift
- Oversee the daily production operations and implement weekly production plan to finish production as per the delivery date
- Maintain production specifications and product standards while reducing overall cost to maximize productivity and profitability
- Making sure that the processing is being done in line with company’s specifications & formulations
- Maintain and verify all production records specifically batch records and employee timesheets
- Maintain and verify all production records for various internal and external audits
- Ensure that production meets health, sanitation, and quality standards
- Implement and maintain Food Safety procedures
- Monitor performance of workers reporting to them.
