Key Responsibilities:
1. Ecosystem building: Identify and develop local high-quality partners, develop joint business plans, and achieve sales targets.
2. Solution enablement: Collaborate with technical teams to provide product training, solution support, and joint marketing resources for partners to improve the competitiveness of Huawei products in the ecosystem.
3. Project breakthrough: Take the lead in partner-driven key project operations, coordinate resources to ensure project implementation, and achieve market share breakthroughs.
4. Policy implementation: Communicate Huawei’s channel policies, manage partners’ performance, optimize cooperation models, and ensure compliance and long-term mutual trust.
5. Market insight: Analyze regional industry trends and competition dynamics, provide feedback on customer requirements, and promote the iteration of Huawei products and solutions.
