• Communication with the sales team
• Occasional communication with the financial team
• Record-keeping of all contracts, addendums, connected invoices, connected vessels
• Data keeping and input
• Platts market scan data entry
• Digital file and document organization
• Preparation of all contractual documents (from templates) and invoices requested by the sales team
• Communication with the logistics team and clients
• Assisting in new customer verification during the KYC process
• Russian and English languages are a must
