We are leading property management company managing self-owned assets. The portfolio includes retail, offices and apartments and include high end assets.
The primary job responsibilities will include and shall not be limited to:
- Coordinating and supervising day to day operations in all the properties including shopping Malls
- Ensuring operations are kept up to the highest quality standards in order to meet all tenant and customer requirements
- Supervising vendors specially for Security / Cleaning , ensuring prompt and high quality services are rendered
- Manage tenant contractual compliances and rectify any non-compliance through official warning, lease contractual penalties, as required
- Handle all conflicts and dispute situations amongst tenants, customers, visitors in a
- Ensure regulatory compliances
- Ensure operating policies & procedures are duly followed by the tenants, service providers, contractors, etc
