Operation Manager – Compass Technologies

Responsibilities:

The core responsibilities include supervising transaction processing, mitigating financial risks, and coordinating with liquidity providers

1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently, using tools such as ERP systems to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
2. Oversee client onboarding (KYC/AML), account funding, withdrawals, and trade settlement workflows.
3. Ensure adherence to financial regulatory bodies and internal risk limits.
4. Manage budgetary planning and cost control, utilizing financial software to analyze expenditures and optimize resource allocation for maximum profitability.
5. Lead and mentor a diverse team, providing training and support to enhance their skills and promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics regularly, using data analytics to drive informed decision-making and improve overall performance.
7. Manage relationships with liquidity providers, payment gateway vendors, and technology platforms (e.g., MT4/MT5).
8. Train, mentor, and supervise operations and support staff.
