1. Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients presenting with cancer symptoms, utilizing advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to ensure accurate diagnosis and effective treatment planning.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.
3. Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments, monitoring patients closely for side effects and adjusting treatment regimens as necessary to maximize effectiveness and minimize discomfort.
4. Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their families, addressing emotional and psychological needs while educating them about their diagnosis and treatment options.
5. Participate in tumor board meetings, presenting cases and contributing to collective decision-making regarding complex cancer cases to ensure comprehensive care.
